Can I link to a product page and specify the main image - 2005/11/15 23:54 Is there a way to make a link to a product page and specify
the main product image to use?

A basic link to a product page might be :

http://www.yoursite/Merchant5/merchant.mvc?
Screen=PROD&Store_Code=JS&Product_Code=jmw05

So how do I create this same link and put some more
¶meters on here to specify which image in the
graphics/00000001/... directory to use for the main
product image?

Merchant doesn't accept additional parameters unless it is defined by an installed module. The security ramifications of passing extra parameters without previously defining them would be huge.

Tell me more about the purpose for doing so. Maybe there is another option.

Re: Can I link to a product page and specify the main image - 2005/11/19 10:46 What I am tryng to do is to display a different color of the same product under different circumstances. So I would like to create two different link sto a PROD screen for product code A1. In the first link I want to tell the prod screen to use then main image A1_blue.jpg. In the second link I want to tell the prod screen to use the main image A1_red.jpg.

This is not terribly important to me so unless it is an easy solution, please don't spend much time on it.
