Main Menu

The main menu gives the customer the ability to setup and modify the following functions: Email accounts and features, FTP accounts, DNS, Frontpage, Subdomains, MySQL databases, site backups, error messages, password protected directories, statistical information, file manager access and many advanced controls shown more in the screenshots below.

Email Menu

The email menu gives you the ability to add, delete and modify email accounts, set your catchall settings, add forwarder emails, create autoresponders, set vacation times and messages, modify major domo mailing lists, and adjust your MX records. The most welcome features of the email menu are the various spam controls such as Postini Quarantine, Spamassasin, and keyword and domain email filters.

Also provided are the webmail login panels for Squirrelmail and UebiMiaui mail a multi-language webmail client.

Advanced Menu

The advanced menu gives the domain administrator or web development team extensive control over the domain. From the ability to add your own SSL certificates to adding MIME types, handlers and cron jobs the advanced menu puts the customer in full control. Use the domain admin or domain pointer features to add additional domains to your account.

The script installer is an awesome feature and will be covered below.

Script Installer

The script installer assists you in the installation of a large assortment of free web software. Some of the more popular packages are: phpBB, Invision Powerboard, osCommerce, phpShop, phpMyChat, Coppermine Image Gallery, PHPNuke, POSTNuke, phpWiki and many others.

The installer automatically configures the scripts for you installing them directly in web space. Customizations can be made to the install directories and other customizable features during install saving you precious time.

Please note that scripts that require a SQL database can only successfully be installed on hosting packages that are MySQL enabled.

Message System

Help is only a click away. The builtin ticketing system can easily open a ticket with the HyperConX HelpDesk or receive an important message from a systems administrator. The messaging system also receives automated notices to keep you informed of system maintenance windows and out of the ordinary statistical information.

Content Sensitive Help

Each configuration screen found in Domain Control contains a set of help screens to assist you with what you are doing. To get help simply click on the "Help Me" button found at the top left of the Domain Control panel.

The help screen will explain in great detail what you can do with the feature and how you should go about doing it.

Squirrel Mail

SquirrelMail is a standards-based webmail package written in PHP4. It includes built-in pure PHP support for the IMAP and SMTP protocols, and all pages render in pure HTML 4.0 (with no JavaScript required) for maximum compatibility across browsers.

SquirrelMail has all the functionality you would want from an email client, including strong MIME support, address book, and folder manipulation.

UebiMiau! Mail

UebiMiau Mail is another great little standards based webmail package also written in PHP. We include UebiMiau primarily for its abilities as a multi-language client. The extensive skin components will also give us the ability to create our own custom skin for it in time and to interface our own Bug-Guard components.

NEOTECH as seen here is not the name of the webmail client but only a skin included with the software. We just call this client Webmail for the obvious reasons.
