Beginning Conversation: $140
This is an up to 90 minute telephone conversation with Chuck Lasker for people either just beginning to work with Miva Merchant, or those who have been working at it but just need some help understanding certain issues. There are many tips, tricks and time savers to discuss. Make your life easier by investing in time with an expert before having to learn the hard way.
Site Assessment: $150
This includes a full site analysis before going live with your site. Optimization tips, suggestions for functionality and usability, problems and potential problems, all from an expert outside view. This fee includes an initial telephone conversation, site testing, and a follow up e-mail with written suggestions specifically for your site. If you have any questions after the e-mail, another telephone call may be in order to discuss the recommendations and is included.
OpenUI SuperMod Tutorial: $180
This is an up to 90 minute telephone conversation with Chuck Lasker about OpenUI SuperMod from Copernicus. This tutorial will help you make the "aha" connections that come slowly when working via the documentation, but which are required for success with this module. Both virtual modules and templates will be discussed with step throughs of actual examples. There are many tips, tricks and time savers to discuss. Make your life easier by investing in time with an expert before having to learn the hard way with documentationa and trial and error.
Complete Affiliate Program Setup: $400
Creating an effective affiliate program is more than just installing the Viking Coders Affiliate Manager module and offering a percentage of sales. To attract those individuals and organizations that will send customers to your site, you need to present a professional, well thought out affiliate program. This fee includes the installation and setup of Viking Coders Affiliate Manager modules (not included), and everything from the sign up, affiliate instructions, instructions in maintenance, and set up of templated affiliate entry pages. As a member of the Internet Affiliate Marketing Association (iafma.org), DoublePlus is on the cutting edge of affiliate program implementation.

Examples:
DoublePlus Option 2: Direct Hourly Billing - $90 per hour.
DoublePlus tracks the exact time they spend on a project, in 15 minute increments. On a single project there is a one hour minimum. They bill "on occasion," which means as it adds up to a couple hundred bucks or so, or if a project ends. Since the work is completed at the time of invoice, invoices are due upon receipt. To reduce the hourly rate, you can use their pre-pay retainer options:
- 5 hour retainer, $400, which is $80 per hour
- 10 hour retainer, $700, which is $70 per hour
- 20 hour retainer, $1,200, which is $60 per hour
With the DoublePlus pre-pay retainer option, they simply keep track of time and keep you informed via e-mail of the time balance remaining. As the retainer time is "used up," you will have the option of purchasing a new block of time or continuing with Direct Hourly Billing.
DoublePlus Option 3: Premium Monthly Support Retainer - $200 per month**
This option is different than a retainer, as this is for those web site owners/developers who wish to have constant dialog and support from DoublePlus and expect to be utilizing DoublePlus services on a frequent basis. Clients enrolled in this Option are given top priority at all times from DoublePlus staff. This option requires a minimum 3 month commitment.
This option provides several benefits:
- Answer most questions and do many quick tasks at no charge throughout the month.
- Hourly rate reduced to $70 for all projects.
- All Cafeteria Style rates described in Option 1 reduced by 33%.
- Priority "site down" support.
- Free critical OpenUI updates.
- A "No Holds Barred" site analysis upon enrollment into this program.
- Receive educational e-newsletters and important updates.
- Free subscription to tutorial area of www.MerchantToday.com (coming soon).
- 10% off HyperConX hosting - even for existing HyperConX customers
Again, this program allows DoublePlus to answer Help Desk and Instant Messaged questions, and do occasional small projects like changing text, fixing a quick site problem, etc., without having to figure out how to charge for 5 minutes here and there. It also allows you to ask questions knowing you're paying for the time! Some Premium Support clients simply enroll to have their questions answered via Instant Messenger. It's like having your own Miva Merchant guru on staff!
