HyperConX does not tolerate SPAM or unsolicited bulk e-mail at all.  Only opt-in newsletters are acceptable and they must abide by federal and state regulations concerning e-mail communications and UCE.

HyperConX will immediately disable any account that attempts to infringe upon anothers users right to uninterrupted Internet access. This includes the deliberate dispense of viruses, trojans, spyware, and DDoS programs.  IRC Bots are also strictly forbidden.

HyperConX will disable any scripts that have the ability to bring down greatly our network performance, those that infringe upon the rights of others or those that open back doors and security holes which allow a third party to infringe upon the rights of others.

HyperConX does not allow adult websites. The only exceptions to this rule are lingerie stores and if they show genitalia even they must have an intercepting disclaimer page that states that the visitors must be over the age of 18 to enter. Photos showing the application of adult novelty items are not permitted.

HyperConX reserves the right to work directly with law authorities and even the Department of Homeland Security to apprehend and prosecute offenders of criminal acts especially those we have illustrated here.  WE DO follow the DHS guidelines for critical infrastructure and we do monitor and report infractions.  For more information on DHS strategies and recommended procedures please see DHS Critical Infrastructure.
