If the problem is not corrected and we go beyond our 99.9% guarantee your account will be credited the equivalent of one day for every hour beyond the first hour of downtime and up to the equivalent of one month of sevice. Scheduled server upgrades do not apply. Notice will always be given in advance whenever upgrades are scheduled.

HyperConX is not responsible for any scripts installed in your hosting area. These are you and/or your web designers responsibility not ours! We pre-install scripts and give you directions on how to configure and use them. If they do not work or you need assistance please call tech support for help, BUT the responsibility and liability is still your own.
